Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled through the Stripe Customer Portal or other billing flows we provide. Fees are charged in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing for custom deals.
TrustLayer provides software and support on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any particular compliance outcome, certification, audit result, or regulatory approval. TrustLayer is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Refund and dispute policies should be finalized with counsel. Billing receipts and tax documents may be available through Stripe-hosted invoices.
